Christmas TreesEvery year the Windsor Jaycees sell Christmas Trees in the Windsor Shopping Center parking lot (the Ocean State Job Lot plaza). The Jaycees set up a site under the Windsor Shopping Center sign. Some of our customers tell us that they've been buying their tree from us for a decade or more. We thank them for their continued support.
Sales typically begin a week after thanksgiving and continue until we are sold out. We are open Wednesday thru Friday 5 pm to 830 pm, Saturday 10 am to 830 pm and Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm.
Come on by and help support the Windsor Community by purchasing your Christmas Tree from the Windsor Jaycees. Proceeds from Tree sales go to our scholarship fund for local students.

Sheila Schmidt FishingHere in Connecticut's oldest town, we maintain a yearly tradition called the Shad Derby Festival. Part of that festival is to stock the pond at Washington Park with trout and invite our school children to come fish, eat a picnic lunch, and enjoy springtime in New England.
We supply the fishing rods, bait, and lunch. In 2010, the event is on Friday, May 7th at 6:00 pm.
